FAQ

Common questions.

Everything you need to know before signing up. Don't see your question? Reach out on the Contact page.

What if I'm not home on pickup day?

+
Leave your bag out at the agreed pickup spot — a porch, hallway, or designated drop point for organizations — and we'll grab it on schedule. No need to be there in person.

How do I sign up?

+
Through the Services page, navigate to the “Get Started” button. This will bring you to Member Login, where you can sign up through the portal. Upon completing signup, you'll be contacted by a representative who will coordinate your first bag drop-off!

Do you wash everything together, or is my laundry kept separate?

+
Each bag is washed individually and never combined with another member's laundry.

What's included in the free dry cleaning perk?

+
Every member gets one formalwear item professionally dry cleaned per semester at no extra cost. Need more for a date party or formal? Additional items are available for request per-occasion — just ask in your portal.

How does the organization group quote work?

+
We quote based on member count and a single pickup location. Reach out through the Contact page and we'll put together a custom price for your chapter or group.

Is there a contract, or can I cancel anytime?

+
The service agreement runs for a semester-long (16-week) period. Cancellations must be submitted at least 2 weeks before your next billing cycle. Reach out through the Contact page if you need to cancel or have questions about your agreement.

What can't I put in my bag?

+
  • Items labeled “Dry Clean Only.”
  • Delicate garments or items requiring specialized cleaning or handling.
  • Items requiring line drying, hang drying, or other specialized drying methods that Rush LSP cannot accommodate.
  • Items requiring special care outside standard wash, dry, and fold processing.
  • Bath mats and other heavily weighted or bulky floor coverings.
